Don’t feel like doing all of the preparations (and dishes) this Thanksgiving? Dining OUT has been more and more popular the past few years on Thanksgiving Day. Our dear friends at the National Restaurant Association have freshly reported that a rounded one in every ten adults plan to eat their holiday communion at a restaurant this year. ANOTHER one in ten relayed that they are planning to pick up components of their celebration feast or ALL of their celebration feast from a local restaurant. So, worry not, those of you who have a busy schedule or an exhausted holiday spirit that doesn’t want to put in the elbow grease of cooking, here are your options for open restaurants this year on Thanksgiving Day in Denver.
Some Restaurants Open on Thanksgiving Day in Denver
Elways is celebrated across the state for their delightful steaks and impeccable quality dishes. Located in Cherry Creek, this Denver restaurant is still run by its creators, John Elway and Tim Schmidt. There are four great locations of this restaurant, two of which are in Denver. Though Elways is of an elevated price, it is also of an elevated quality.
Humboldt Kitchen & Bar is located in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood, of course, located on none other than Humboldt Street. Dine in seatings for Thanksgiving Day will be available in intervals at noon, 2 pm, 4 pm, and 6 pm. They are offering a specialized Thanksgiving Day menu so if you’re a fan you really don’t want to miss this Thanksgiving at Humboldt’s. They are also highly revered for their craft cocktails, draft beers, and great atmosphere. Adults will be $80 and children under 12 will be priced at $20 to eat on Thanksgiving Day.
Water Grill is a restaurant that typically procures their cuisine from the deep blue waters of the ocean, but on Thanksgiving this year they will be serving an elevated Thanksgiving meal to dining guests. Their executive chef, Jessica Biederman has created a Prix Fixe menu for Thanksgiving Day. Adults eat for $68 and children under 12 eat for $25! Don’t miss this opportunity!
100% De Agave will offer a bit of a change of cuisine this Thanksgiving should you choose to dine here. With an excellent view of Downtown Denver and just minutes from the Denver Art Museum (now displaying Flemish masterworks!), 100% De Agave is known to locals as Denver’s best Mexican brunch. The atmosphere here is elegant, clean, and warm. Celebrate family and friends this year at 100% De Agave over tacos, fajitas, and margaritas!
