Incorporated in 1993 making it one of the newer cities in Colorado, Lone Tree has a population of over 14,000. Lone Tree has easy access to I25 and E470 and is only 30 minutes south of Downtown Denver and 90 Minutes to the closest Ski Resort/Mountain Range.
Lone Tree is home to many of its own trails, parks, dog parks, and breathtaking views. It’s also apart of the excellent Douglas County School District.
Lone Tree Offers Residence is an urban/suburban mix feel filled with lots of local and national restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centers.

60% of Lone Tree residences are Homeowners. The city is primarily Single Family Homes with a median purchase price of mid $600k to $700k. Some Condo and Townhome communities are available and located near the light rail stations. For those who prefer to rent, the median rent price is over $1,600.

Amazing landmarks like Lone Tree Art Center, the beautiful Lone Tree Library, and the Lone Tree Pedestrian Bridge. Fun fact: the Pedestrian Bridge was built in September of 2016 by the same architect who build Denver International Airport (DIA).
